Tactical Objection Handling

(More examples can be add in the future)
Handling objections effectively requires emotional validation followed by permission to challenge the underlying assumption: "I hear you completely. Can I challenge that belief for just a second?" This phrase separates the prospect from their belief, preventing defensive reactions while opening the door for cognitive reframing.

Scripting the Reframes
  • The Price Reframe Script: "Price is what you pay today; cost is what you pay long-term by not fixing this. If your business is bleeding $15,000 a month, a $5,000 solution costs far less than the $60,000 you will lose over the next quarter. Which are you more comfortable paying?"
  • The Time Reframe Script: "Do you need a quantity of time or quality of information? We have 20 focused minutes right now with all the details present to make an informed choice. Let's walk through it together."
  • The Partner Flip-Flop Script: "If your partner came to you with a clear solution to a major problem they were facing, would you support them? Is it fair to say they would support you the exact same way?"
  • The Bandwidth Reframe Script: "The best initiatives are forged during challenging periods, not quiet ones. Are you going to wait for external circumstances to dictate your timing, or take control of your path right now?"
