Sale Framework (Step by Step)

Step 1: Establish Frame and Ease Tension

The interaction begins by disarming the prospect's high initial sales resistance. This is achieved by offering a brief, genuine compliment and transitioning directly to the agenda. Long, artificial rapport-building should be avoided because it alerts the prospect to disingenuous motives.

Framing Script: "Hey, I'm busy, and I want to be super respectful of your time as well. Is it cool if we just jump right in?"

Step 2: Question-Based Selling

Before prescribing a solution, the seller must diagnose the problem. Open-ended discovery questions reveal why the prospect booked the call, what challenges they face, and how their day-to-day operations run. These diagnostic details serve as situational "ammo" to reference during the closing sequence.

Step 3: Present the Tailored Solution

Once pain points are identified, the offer is presented using a plug-and-play approach. Only the specific elements of the offer that directly solve the prospect's declared problems are highlighted, omitting irrelevant features to maintain complete clarity.

Step 4: Pitch Price with Absolute Conviction

Price delivery must occur without signaling fear or anticipating an objection. Stating the investment terms neutrally prevents emotional friction. Expecting resistance creates anxiety that projects through tone and body language, triggering hesitation in the buyer.

Step 5: Solidify the Sale and Positively Future-Pace

Immediately following payment, the interaction transitions from sales representative to accountability partner. Guiding the buyer to visualize their upcoming success eliminates post-purchase anxiety and anchors long-term commitment.

Future-Pacing Script: "I'm so excited for you to get started. A lot of people love to text me when they hit their first milestone. Would you mind keeping me in the loop for that transformation?"
